Our purpose „People.Planet.Pleasure.“ and our 5 isi Beliefs are more than just words. We want to live by them, to continuously improve ourselves and create transparency. For this reason, we have voluntarily developed the isi Sustainability Score. The score is designed to show how sustainable we currently are and is based on the four ESGE criteria:
For each of these four criteria, an individual score is determined based on sub-criteria
– for example, the carbon footprint. These individual scores are then combined to
form the total score. The total score reflects our current impact on both our
environment and society. It provides transparency and helps us to develop strategic
and concrete measures, enabling us to improve year after year. Join us on this
journey!
isi stands for a culture of openness, diversity, and democratic values. For this reason, “People” comes first in our company purpose “People. Planet. Pleasure.” Our initial focus is primarily on our corporate culture. We have committed ourselves to the “Charta der Vielfalt” (Diversity Charter) and always strive to create a friendly and respectful environment. Through regular surveys on employee satisfaction, we analyze the current status and develop measures for areas where there is potential for improvement.
For Social, we have defined six key topics, for each of which we collect data, set targets, and define actions. The Social Score indicates the extent to which we have achieved our annual social targets across all material topics. The topics are weighted differently.

Furthermore, we are aware that through our actions, we bear a social responsibility as part of sustainable business practices.
In addition to ethics and compliance, data protection and data security shape our daily activities.

Weighting for the Environment Score: 100%
The protection of our environment is firmly anchored in our company purpose through the word “Planet” (People. Planet. Pleasure.). We actively measure our carbon footprint, e.g. by monitoring the energy consumption of our offices, our business travel, and the waste generated during our core activity – sensory product testing. Based on these insights, we define targets and tackle them right away.
