We're there since 1995 — constantly growing and continuously reinventing ourselves.
We are a team of about 100 motivated colleagues spread across our locations in Göttingen, Hamburg, and Munich, as well as remotely from all over Germany and the world.
We work in cross-functional teams from the fields of business psychology/psychology, social, agricultural, nutritional and economic sciences.
Our infrastructure includes 6 in-house sensory laboratories and a large ecosystem of partners around the world.

How to apply

Your application will be reviewed by all responsible parties. This may take some time, so please be patient. We will get back to you as soon as the review process is complete.

If the review of your application is positive, we will invite you to an interview to get to know you better. The interview is also a chance for us to convince you that we're the right employer for you — after all, it's not just your application to us, it's our application to each other.

After the interview, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if we see ourselves working together. In case of acceptance, an employment contract will be sent to you within a few days.
